PH679 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PH679 ("PH679," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PH679 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at https://ph679.com and through the PH679 mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by PH679, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PH679 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on PH679, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of PH679 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PH679 or any applicable regulatory body.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. PH679 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified.

3.1 Registration. To access real-money games on PH679, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on PH679. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. PH679 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PH679 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify PH679 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). PH679 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.5 Account Currency. All PH679 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits. PH679 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. PH679 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. PH679 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have:

• Completed full KYC verification;
• Met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• Not triggered any pending security review on your account;
• A withdrawal amount that does not exceed your verified available balance.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. PH679 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. PH679 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. PH679 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

5.1 General. PH679 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free game credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. PH679 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud. PH679 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotions, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intent to play. Where bonus abuse is detected, PH679 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. PH679 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on PH679 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes on PH679 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. PH679 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round. RNG certification records are maintained and available for regulatory review.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, PH679 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. PH679 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with PH679 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. PH679 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game activity. The decision of PH679 following investigation is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PH679. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH679 staff, live hosts, or other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the PH679 Platform, including but not limited to the PH679 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of PH679 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. PH679 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the PH679 name, logo, or any Platform content in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without PH679's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of PH679 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9.1 Platform Availability. PH679 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond PH679's reasonable control. PH679 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH679's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH679 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. PH679 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if PH679 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in games on PH679 entirely at your own risk. PH679 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

PH679 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PH679 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent risk and agree that PH679 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your data that occurs despite our reasonable security measures.

PH679 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

PH679 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11.1 Self-Exclusion. Any player who wishes to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting PH679 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. PH679 will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access will be prevented in all circumstances.

11.2 Deposit and Spending Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

11.3 Minor Protection. PH679 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We encourage all account holders to take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing their accounts or devices used to access the Platform.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your PH679 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified available balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

12.2 Termination by PH679. PH679 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or court order;
• Account inactivity as described in Section 4.5.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. PH679 may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulation, including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

PH679 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PH679 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and PH679, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. PH679 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits PH679's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
